Foto-Nizer is a photo and video management application that allows users to:

• Organize photos and videos into albums
• Capture photos and videos using the device camera
• Back up media to Google Drive (optional feature)
• Search and filter media content
• Manage multiple Google accounts with data isolation

3. User Accounts

The App uses Google Sign-In for authentication. By using the App, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Data Storage and Privacy

All photos, videos, and associated data are stored locally on your device in app-private storage. The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers except:

• When you explicitly choose to back up to Google Drive (optional feature)
• Google Drive backups are stored in your personal Google Drive account, not on our servers

5. Google Drive Integration

The App integrates with Google Drive for optional cloud backup functionality. By using this feature:

• You agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service
• You understand that backups are stored in your personal Google Drive account
• You are responsible for managing your Google Drive storage quota
• We are not responsible for any data loss or issues with Google Drive

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not upload or store illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Respect intellectual property rights of others
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• All features will work on all devices
• Data will never be lost (users should maintain their own backups)

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, photos, videos, or profits, arising from your use of the App.

10. Data Loss

While we strive to provide a reliable service, we cannot guarantee against data loss. Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups. We recommend:

• Regularly backing up important photos and videos
• Using the Google Drive backup feature
• Keeping local backups on external storage

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
