Welcome to Foto-Nizer. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our photo and video management application.

Important: We do not collect, store, or access any of your personal data, photos, videos, or other content. All data remains on your device or in your personal Google Drive account (if you choose to use the backup feature).

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

We want to be completely transparent about what we do NOT collect:

Photos and Videos: We do not collect, view, or access any of your photos or videos
Personal Information: We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personal identifiers
Location Data: We do not collect or track your location
Usage Analytics: We do not track how you use the App
Device Information: We do not collect device IDs, model information, or system data
Third-Party Tracking: We do not use any analytics or tracking services

3. Data Storage

3.1 Local Storage

All photos, videos, albums, and associated metadata are stored locally on your device in app-private storage. This means:

Data is stored in a directory that only the App can access
Other apps on your device cannot access your photos and videos
Data remains on your device and is never transmitted to our servers
You have complete control over your data

3.2 Google Drive Backup (Optional)

If you choose to use the Google Drive backup feature:

Your photos and videos are uploaded directly to your personal Google Drive account
We do not have access to your Google Drive account or its contents
Backups are stored in Google's appData folder, which is private to the App
You can delete backups at any time through Google Drive
We cannot see, access, or retrieve your backed-up data

4. Google Sign-In

The App uses Google Sign-In for authentication. When you sign in:

We request access to your Google account email address (for account identification)
We request access to Google Drive appData folder (for backup functionality)
We do NOT access any other Google account information
We do NOT access your Google Drive files outside of the appData folder
Your Google account information is stored locally on your device only

5. Account Isolation

The App supports multiple Google accounts with complete data isolation:

Each Google account's photos and videos are stored separately
When you switch accounts, only that account's data is visible
Data from other accounts remains on your device but is hidden
We do not mix or share data between accounts

6. Permissions

The App requests the following permissions:

Camera: To capture photos and videos. We do not access your camera when not in use.
Storage (Android 12 and below): To save photos and videos. We only access files created by the App.
Background Location (Android 13+): For notification permissions. We do not track your location.

All permissions are used solely for the App's core functionality. We do not use permissions for any data collection or tracking purposes.

7. Third-Party Services

7.1 Google Services

The App integrates with Google Sign-In and Google Drive. When you use these services:

Your interaction with Google services is governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
We do not receive any data from Google about your usage
We cannot access your Google account information beyond what is necessary for authentication

We take data security seriously:

All data is stored in app-private directories that other apps cannot access
We use Android's built-in security features for data protection
Google Drive backups use Google's secure infrastructure
We do not transmit any data to external servers (except to your Google Drive when you choose to backup)

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Deletion

You have complete control over your data:

Delete Photos/Videos: You can delete any photo or video at any time through the App
Delete Albums: Deleting an album removes all associated photos and videos
Uninstall App: Uninstalling the App removes all local data (photos, videos, albums)
Google Drive Backups: You can delete backups at any time through Google Drive
Sign Out: Signing out does not delete your local data, but hides it when you sign in with a different account

Since we do not collect or store your data on our servers, there is no data to delete from our systems.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

12. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your data (all data is stored locally on your device)
Delete your data at any time
Control backup settings (enable or disable Google Drive backup)
Switch between accounts with data isolation
Uninstall the App and remove all data

Since we do not collect your data, there is no data to request, modify, or delete from our systems.
